My Youtube Calendar has two 1000 calorie workouts in the final week.
HOWEVER, this comes with a disclaimer:
everyone burns a different amount of calories even if they’re doing the exact same activity.
It all depends on your fitness level, the amount of muscle mass you have, your V02 max, your gender, your weight, and so much more.
Instead, work hard, eat clean, lift weights, and be consistent. That’s what matters.
i dont weigh myself anymore. A number is just a number and i havent weighed myself in months. The right was taken while i was UPPING calories. Im still adding more in to reach my goals. Its been a while since ive taken a new progress picture. Ive been waiting to see some major changes first :)

I know a few people who have a hard time getting up and working out or going to the gym because they are afraid of what others will say or think and that they think people will make fun of them. Please don’t think that way. Most people are going to look at you and think “Good for them for making that change in their life.” And as for everyone else, they’ll have to kiss your sweet toned ass a year from now. People are going to judge you no matter what, don’t let it set you back.
